Please read the following terms of service carefully.  By accessing or using our site and by purchasing from Dimp's Desygns, you hereby agree to be bound by the terms and all terms incorporated herein by reference.  It is the responsibility of the customer to read the terms and conditions before proceeding to use this site.

 

General Summary:

All (graphic mockups) & (Custom rhinestone) design request will be reviewed before printed, (custom & preset apparel designs). Customers that use our custom Bling Services, customer must create a user account via our website to be reachable for a consultation before final billing. They also understand that prices quoted on website are a deposit/consultation fee, final billing will be updated after order details have been obtained. 

 We understand that when you order from Dimp's Desygns, you are excitedly awaiting to receive your order.  Understand that our minimum turn around time is 5-7 days from the date you've paid in full. However, the consumer also understands that delivery delays and International shipping times may vary. Our guarantee to our customer is to ensure all delivery change updates are communicated timely, to keep the customer updated of their ordered item. 

 

Custom Requests Additional Fees:

All Custom service orders may incur additional fees. You are allotted 2 edits with no additional charge. Change of technique to acquire more intricate finish or detail in design,  may also apply an additional cost.  Lastly expedited shipping outside of the quoted turn around times will also change the total after consolation and final billing is disburse for payment.

Once your custom design has been created, if you decide not to (go to ) print ,you may purchase the printfile (pdf, jpeg, vector image, tiff,& png) for an additional fee.  All designs will be sent to you for final approval with the Dimp’s Desygns watermark.  

 

Dimp's Desygns reserves the right NOT to copy any other company/designers trademarked design and cancel order with refund.
