Our goal is to give you 100% satisfaction from every product that you purchase. Dimp's Desygns realizes that circumstances may arise beyond our control that could altar your decision to purchase our product. We have worked to make our return policy as easy as possible to avoid inconvenience to you.

All refunds are credited through the original payment method.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Contact Customer Service department via email info@dimpsdesygns.com
- Upon review of your complaint, pickup or return via mail will be arranged
- Refund will be issued 3-5 days of validation of complaint along with postage paid return label. An issue number will be generated for tracking. Printing correction merchandise will be replaced and delivered within 3-5 business days. If local we will schedule pick up.
