How to Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery in real time. Simply click the tracking link in that email to see the latest status of your package.

You can also check your order status at any time by visiting your order confirmation page — a link to this is included in your original order confirmation email.

When Will I Receive Tracking?

  • Processing: Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days, depending on the item type (custom, print-on-demand, or ready-to-ship).
  • Shipping confirmation: You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment partner.
  • Delivery window: Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after fulfillment. Custom and print-on-demand items may require additional time.

Please note: Some items — including custom rhinestone designs and print-on-demand apparel — are made to order. Tracking is generated when your item ships from our fulfillment partner, which may be a few days after your order is placed.
